The recognition of homology between protein sequences and known structures provides invaluable information towards understanding the biological behavior and biochemical function of uncharacterized sequences, and enables prediction of three-dimensional structures through comparative modeling.

SYBYL-X includes the latest technologies for protein homology modeling (featuring FUGUE and Orchestrar from Sir Thomas Blundell and others at the University of Cambridge), enabling the user to perform both homolog finding and comparative modeling through a streamlined, intuitive user interface.

In this webinar we will demonstrate the industry-leading protein modeling workflow offered by SYBYL-X today, and highlight the ease with which any CADD scientist can rapidly obtain a useful structural model of a protein from its sequence.
